This configuration tree contains the configuration for the SouthAfrica.Biltong plugin.

.addictiveness
(int) Determines the base addictiveness value of biltong. This is a value from 1 to 100. Common reference values are as follows:
  • 10 - sugar
  • 25 - gambling

  • 75 - Factorio gameplay experience

.animal
Lists animal-specific configuration values to control biltong on an animal-by-animal basis. Supported values are pork, beef, eland, antelope.
Warning

The human configuration key will not load unless morals.human.allow_cannibalism and politics.za.law.penal_code.allow_cannibalism are set to true.

.[animal]
Stores configuration trees for each animal. The values at the root of the biltong configuration tree are also valid here; and in here, specify per-animal value overrides.
.protein_preservation_percentage
(int) Determines how much protein remains in the biltong after it is processed.
.spawn
This configuration tree contains settings for governing biltong spawn rates.

.spawn.table_mountain_biltong
(int) The rate at which Table Mountain is converted into biltong, expressed in grams / second.
Warning

Setting this configuration setting will turn the entirety of Table Mountain into biltong, which may rot at the core and cause a major stench in Cape Town. Set human.olfactory.smell.sensitivity.rotten_meat to 0 before altering this setting and backup Table Mountain first.

.spawn_dining_tables
This configuration tree contains settings for governing biltong spawn rates on dining tables.
.spawn.dining_tables.rate
(int) The rate at which small plastic containers full of biltong will spawn on South African dining tables. Expressed in the number of households daily.
.tastiness
(int) Determines how tasty the biltong is.
